Don't knock on people's doors at 9pm. Kids are sleeping, and it's way too late for solicitors. I also was told my neighbors had signed up with them, and when I asked them they said they didn't. Your solicitor didn't even have a card.

This company knocked on my door trying to solicit their services. I am a small business owner and I can appreciate the hard work involved in building a clientele. HOWEVER, I explained I was not interested because I already had a service plan in place with another company that I have been using for many years at all of my properties. After talking with a customer service rep, they refunded our money and promised to try harder. I will give them another chance.

Used Fox Pest Control this past Thursday. The tech was on time ( actually early ). She was very thorough and professional. Explained everything she was doing and how it was eliminating and /or preventing the infestation of various insects - especially carpenter ants. Fee charged was very fair & reasonable for the amount of time spent treating our entire house inside and out. Very satisfied customer at this point in time.
