My dad is enjoying everything, so he would give a 5 for all areas. when we first moved in , I wasn't very pleased with the changes they made in pricing and other issues that came up at those have since been resolved. then new director my dad really likes and the patient director [name removed] is wonderful.

The receptionist [name removed] is always very friendly and [name removed] the manager and the secretary are always very helpful when I have any questions. The food is good and the facility is clean. It is definitely a home away from your own home The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

My father has been there for 2 months. He seems to like it there. The staff have been good at responding to his needs in a timely manner. The food is good there. The other residents tell us how much they enjoy the facility. The facility is clean and well maintained. The price is much better than the other 5 places we looked at. We were given two separate tours and all our questions were answered. Transportation does not totally meet his needs. He likes to go to the Clovis Senior Center and transportation won’t take him there... read more

My dad was at Pacifica for almost 6 months and had a great experience. He has since moved out. During his stay there, they were very patient and accommodating with his needs.

The staff is friendly and helpful from the sales staff to the care givers. Our sales director, [name removed], went above and beyond to get us into a room as soon as possible. He still checks in with mom off and on. The resident care director is great. They provide transportation to doctors appointments. [name removed]the bus driver is very friendly and helpful. Skilled and affable staff. Pretty good time response for request for assistance. Communication between departments or tasks could be better I suppose as in most institutions. Otherwise, I give Pacifica of b+ to a-.

Pacifica treated my mom very well in the few short months she lived there. It is a very nice facility.
