The residents seem happy, are friendly and chatty, and the place was immaculate. I liked the place. The guy we met with, [Name Removed], talked so fast and rushed us through, and I didn't love that. He also was big on upselling us to a bigger place, which my mom doesn't need. But the community itself was great, and because of its pricing we'll probably choose it when it's time.

The staff and residents were kind and outgoing. The apartment we toured was generously sized compared to other communities. It remains on the top of my mom's list of choices.

We are very happy with Fresno Senior Living. There are a lot of activities if they chose to do them. Staff is friendly. Food selection is good. Rooms are nice. She is in the independent living area with housekeeping and laundry every Tuesday.

My dad is enjoying everything, so he would give a 5 for all areas. when we first moved in , I wasn't very pleased with the changes they made in pricing and other issues that came up at those have since been resolved. then new director my dad really likes and the patient director [name removed] is wonderful.

I would give them all a 10! It is a great service. Everyone has been kind, patient, thorough, informative and quick to respond.

The receptionist [name removed] is always very friendly and [name removed] the manager and the secretary are always very helpful when I have any questions. The food is good and the facility is clean. It is definitely a home away from your own home The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

My father has been there for 2 months. He seems to like it there. The staff have been good at responding to his needs in a timely manner. The food is good there. The other residents tell us how much they enjoy the facility. The facility is clean and well maintained. The price is much better than the other 5 places we looked at. We were given two separate tours and all our questions were answered. Transportation does not totally meet his needs. He likes to go to the Clovis Senior Center and transportation won’t take him there... read more

My dad was at Pacifica for almost 6 months and had a great experience. He has since moved out. During his stay there, they were very patient and accommodating with his needs.
