RecommendedI was extremely happy with my recent service at Friendship. During a trip to the Bristol area, my F150 had a starting issue. I called Friendship who worked me in for service, even though they were booked for over a week out. The work was done well and they even dropped me at the car rental in their courtesy vehicle. Great folks in the service department!!

RecommendedTraveling to Athens Tennessee from Vermont we had the unhappy experience of breaking down on I 81. We were towed to Friendship Ford in Bristol. A beautiful, clean building only surpassed by the service person that exuded nothing but smiles and confidence that their expert technicians would have us back on the road.
