Drove from Charlotte NC to Bristol to buy my F-150 Lightning based on the their trade offer and the best price I could find for the trim level I was looking for. Working with Brandon, Gabe and Brandon in financing was so simple, honest and quick. No games, best price but best of all extremely knowledgeable and helpful team. Friendship has quality customer care and does an excellent job diagnosing the problems with your car. Plus a valet service that will deliver your car back to your house when service is finished. Or you can choose to have their shuttle service pick you up.

Positive experience with this dealership for a diagnostic/repair appointment. I was able to make the appt online (with availability the same week). My car was promptly received and taken for the appt. My service advisor and other staff were pleasant and I had a positive interaction. The appt was only for diagnostics but they had the part in stock and repaired my vehicle at the same time after confirming with me.
