went to friendship ford with a pretty much impossible situation wasn't expecting at all to get approved. Went in thinking the staff was gonna be rude once they seen how rough my situation was. I was expecting to get information to help get myself on the right track and thought that'd be it. But the Staff was amazingly polite they were not judgemental in the slightest about my situation.
