Even though the cost of my repair was too prohibitive on a 14 year old car, I was pleased at how quickly the service center gave us an estimate. Got the car in quickly and gave us an answer, but it is unfortunate that the car isn’t worth the cost to repair it
Edward was awesome! He answered all of my questions. He helped show me how different features worked. Everyone I came in contact with seemed to be really nice.
Contacted Friendship Ford to perform a recall service. They were able to get my car in, and repaired, before the other dealer I contacted could even get me an appointment to bring it in. They also completed two other recall issues that I wasn't even aware of without having to set another appointment or anything. Very pleased and would recommend them for service needs.
We drove 3 hours to this dealership to see a used car. The vehicle was well represented by the advertisement, and we were not disappointed. Brandon Christian was our salesperson and was very helpful in constructing an affordable deal. His communication skills are unmatched and helped us every step of the way.
