Full disclosure, I work here. That said, I had a very real problem with my sprinkler system leaking into the street from incorrectly de-winterizing the system over the weekend. Using a video session on my phone, one of the General Technician Experts, Swannell, was able to guide me through shutting off the sprinkler main and helping prevent a more expensive water bill or further damage as yet TBD.
