They have the right idea, they just need to have people that are properly vetted to handle complex situations. I signed up this morning due to needing help with trying to move my walking pad (mini treadmill) wedged between the wall and door in my room, making it impossible for me to open the door. The hinges are on the inside so I can't even take it off the hinges. The rep was incredibly nice but all of his suggestions were unhelpful....UNINSTALLING.

Last year I would've rated them 5 star without hesitation. This year, not so much. Didn't realize membership auto renewed, and def didn't know that they were now charging $149 for the same membership I paid $25 for last year. A 496% increase on auto renew? Really? That is super shady and they refused to issue a refund on the same day they charged my account. Don't get a membership, just use the free plan. Really disappointed with this company and how they do business.

Paid for the annual membership to discover that it didn't work on my phone, by the time they finally updated to fix it and I got to use the app they wouldn't extend the membership time
