Paid for the annual membership to discover that it didn't work on my phone, by the time they finally updated to fix it and I got to use the app they wouldn't extend the membership time
I've repeatedly called, not reached anyone during the stated working hours and not received a return call

The app is fine, Frontdoor sent a 1.8 star company: ATL Agile Repair. 99 bucks cash they wanted, after I was told credit cards were accepted. Awful experience on the first try. Dang.
I thought I set up the account from my PC but it's not being recognized from my phone and I keep being sent back to reload.
