Full disclosure, I work here. That said, I had a very real problem with my sprinkler system leaking into the street from incorrectly de-winterizing the system over the weekend. Using a video session on my phone, one of the General Technician Experts, Swannell, was able to guide me through shutting off the sprinkler main and helping prevent a more expensive water bill or further damage as yet TBD.

I am an employee of Frontdoor. I utilized the video chat feature with an 'Expert'. I was very impressed! The gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to make an easy adjustment to my icemaker on my refrigerator on my own with his direction! Saved me time and money not having to have a technician out to my home!
