Edit: Frontdoor auto renewed my subscription for 10x the price $15 -> $150. Customer service says they will not reverse it. I can only contact them via text and they take minutes to respond and end the chat unless I respond right away. Had a great first experience with this app. A plumber helped me resolve a problem with my sink. The app itself worked well and the guy I talked to was friendly and helpful.

Update: Deceptive practices. Billed 500% of original price without notice. Called support, refuses to cancel. Support says they don't know how to help me cancel from the app. Filing complaint. OLD: Amazing price, real experts telling you what to do. Best purchase I'll probably make for the home this year.

Response to developer: The guy that was assigned to help me said he had about 4 years of experience in his field, so it is a lie when you say all of the professionals average 19 years of experience. -------‐‐----------------------‐--------‐--------------------- The rep was incredibly nice but all of his suggestions were unhelpful....UNINSTALLING.
