I was having issues with the locks on our closet doors, something just didn't seem right. Called the expert on the app, the experience was super smooth and expert was extremely helpful & friendly. I'm not a DIY expert so this was very helpful

I am an employee of Frontdoor and I tried our product due to a exterior pipe bursting during the winter. I had a general idea of how to fix it, but connected with a pro via the app to confirm what needed to be done. Connecting with a pro was very easy and didn't take too long to connect. Chatting with the pro was like talking to your one familiar member that just so happened to be an expert in your issue. They were super friendly and easily walked me through the steps to fix my issue.

Edit: Frontdoor auto renewed my subscription for 10x the price $15 -> $150. Customer service says they will not reverse it. I can only contact them via text and they take minutes to respond and end the chat unless I respond right away. Had a great first experience with this app. A plumber helped me resolve a problem with my sink. The app itself worked well and the guy I talked to was friendly and helpful.
