RecommendedAllison Dolph! I had caught Allison on her lunch hour walking out of the building (the building is locked, office hours by appt due to Covid) and stopped her to ask a few questions. It was 90F+ in 🔥 hot blazing Kansas sun. I expected her to to just politely tell me "Sorry, don't know, just call the office." I understand that some people have had bad experiences- so I can only go off of mine. My family has been here a whopping 6 years as an enlisted family. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences and everything that’s come up has always been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. About 4 years ago we had issues with a main water pipe bursting and flooding beneath our home- it was handled quickly and thoroughly. Since then we’ve had zero bigger issues. I have had bad experiences with maint. living on post four two years now I can see where some of these other reviews come in. But I will say this I started using Spencer and he is amazing!! All of the issues I had in the home are now fixed and the home is in better condition than when I moved in. I would recommend anyone living here to use him for maint. trust me it will save you the hassle.
We haven't move in yet, however, the woman at the office are the sweetest and kindest people! They go above and beyond to help you. We can't wait to move here!

You never know what kind of day a person may have, so I take the time to read the housing rules and get to know the faces in the community. Over all, it has always been a wonderful and enjoyable visit at the housing office. I go in several times a week to use their gym which is great! Ladies and gentleman we will be stationed to Fort Leavenworth on August. I was wondering if how many bedrooms of house will the housing can provide us. We are family of 5; my husband, myself, my mother, and my two kids boy and girl age 5 & 7. Are we qualified for 4 bedrooms house? My husband is CW3 and will get promoted to CW4 in 01SEP17, and I believe we are authorized to leave where the field grade officers are. Am I right on this?
