From the looks of what my friend @brittany Coleman is going through, I wouldn't dare recommend or even think about living on base through this people in Kansas. From her live videos you can see where she was being put through hell and back again and not even mention she has kids. You would think moving far away and driving over 12 hours you would at least expect someone to have a little more respect and concern in reference to that. I know if I drive all those hours I would expect a clean decent place to where I can call ho... read more

If i could give a 0 i would- after 13 years we said goodbye to our on post home- while I loved the post in general, the security of the post, the friends I've made and the friends my boys made I am glad to be done with the housing office and all the BS we went through because of them- the last straw was them wanting a DNA test for my lab mix dog yet many have mixed breeds and full blooded breeds that are not allowed on post but I was the only one in question because I challenged the housing office because for 2 years we wait... read more

Horribly unfair cronyism used to determine housing precedence. You have to know someone to sign you in well outside the authorized 30 day PCS window. Turning your housing packet in 4 months in advance doesn't matter, nor does being physically boots-on-ground. If you don't or didn't know someone to get you higher on the list, you're out of luck.

We just arrived from overseas and the quality of customer service is terrible. They are so unorganized and say it's first come first serve in the houses. They aren't giving proper housing to the students arriving early. They have other tenants coming in sign up friends and holding the houses until they arrive. There has been no proper maintenance on any of the older housing. If they were under better management things would probably be much easier. They aren't taking care of the CGSC students and families coming in. We are a... read more

The 5 star reviews are people asking questions about housing. Avoid this company, you will be much better off living off post. They take advantage of service members and their families. They only enforce their policies when its convenient for them. They don't respond to ICE complaints so don't think that's a logical way to get answers. I made one two weeks ago and I never got a response. Horrible management, horrible customer service, horrible maintenance. They only confirm how much of a joke they are by not reaponding to ... read more

The Infantry barracks are crumbling and in disrepair. To put it in perspective, if this were a home, I would not be able to purchase it with a VA loan due to all of the issues. But it is somehow deemed good enough to take all of my BAH (minus a $100 kickback). First off is the peeling LEAD based paint everywhere. Name a surface outside and the paint is chipped and peeling. Next is the wood rot; porch railings, soffits, and facia boards on the roof. There are holes in the edge of the roof where water, birds and other critt... read more
