We arrived to Fort Leavenworth and were told we would have to wait in line every morning for several hours for some number of days to get a house.....UNLESS we wanted to live in the Infantry Barracks. I was tired and ready to be settled, plus I'm not fancy, so what's the worst that it could be in a year? Hi there! I just had a question. I live in a neighborhood where there were multiple families that PCS'd. As part of the check out process, they have to have their carpets cleaned professionally~ Which they all did. Now that they are gone, I am witnessing the homes having their carpets cleaned again?
