Maintenance is terrible, three months ago I made a report of a leak. It was supposed to come in 4 days, but they never came. Call again and they told me, I had to wait until July 2. Today they called early, to say, what They could not come, what we had to wait until the 17th, seriously ...

Lets see where do i start apart from its the worst military housing i have had to deal with...we had mold issues since they placed us in the ran down housing in lower KANSA . My wife repeatedly kept waking up with a stuffed up nose and had breathing problems we knew we had a mold issue in the bathroom but after we moved our bed from one side of the room we discovered paint chipping from the wall. *** I DO NOT RECOMMEND*** PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE HOUSING CONDITIONS!!!! My husband is a PFC and we have been denied our multiple requests to move out of our home in the “bricks”..... today a pieces of our ceiling fell through & we were told we “probably” have mold but they are not able to do a mold test today and have to wait “a few” days.... these holes were left to try and dry out the water (which I understand) HOWEVER we are now breathing in mold with no other option of a place to go since staying in a hotel is not in the... read more

Slum lords charging FULL BAH to live in homes with no/limited heat. Save your money and live OFF_POST.

They don't give notices about construction being done on your resident and when a child is hurt due to their negligence they try to sweep it under the rug.

This housing is not for military families. Why you ask because they don't look out for military families. Giving a family housing that is not living ready is a problem. Also not trying to solve this problem is even a bigger issue. Take care of the families in that live in this housing.
