Great service staff. Very short wait time, very friendly staff. Will recommend to friends and colleagues. I will continue to service my car there, and when the time comes to trade my car in I will check here first.
Felt like David and other sales staff was there to help me and made me feel like i was going to walk out with a vehicle that night. I had just had a bad experience with a different dealer ship, wasn't really in a good mood to deal with sales men at the time of arrival but by the time i left i can tell you when i am in folsom i will make sure to swing in and say hi to all the new friends that made me feel like they wanted to help not there just for my money.

Purchased a new 2015 Nissan Altima. The salesman was very helpful and mellow with a sense of humor. The finance guy was very nice and helpful not boring. Overall, the staff at Future Nissan were very polite and made us feel comfortable.
My family and I truly had a wonderful experience. We knew what we wanted wasn't talked into anything else. Very friendly helpful and they listened. When it's time for another car this is the spot. I love my Nissan. I went in to buy a used 14. I drove off in a 15 and the price was awesome.
My cousin and I both decided we wanted a Nissan 370Z. We did the research and new exactly what we wanted. She first went to a dealership at home and instead of finding her what she wanted, they tried to sell her what they had in stock....a 2014 for almost the same price she could order a 2016.
