This review only applies to the service area as I've had no dealings with the sales force. I've been taking my Maxima in for service to this dealer for about 9 years now and have never had a less-than-positive experience with any of the service writers or mechanics I've dealt with over that period. I bought a new 2014 Nissan Sentra two weeks ago and LOVE it. The team including Andrew, Don, Justin and Mondo were great to work with. I LOVE my new Nissan! While waiting for my new "baby" to arrive watched football with the crew, all a bunch of great people! Especially Tyeler and Don! Took her in for the extra goodies the service guy (Richard) was awesome kept me informed all the way. Highly Recommend! Not your typical high pressure, in your face, buy buy buy now now now!!! Sales. I was able to take my time and ended up THRILLED with my new car!
The service department always proves wonderful care for my Nissan Murano. Mike Bench was my service Representative, and is very friendly and professional in his dealing with his customers. Work was performed in a timely matter, and Mike suggested and additional service needed to increase the safety of the Murano, which was covered by my warranty. Excellent service!
Service Rep Richard Holloway was very helpful. We had an appointment with the service department to have our new Nissan serviced. We were treated very well and everything was done promptly. I took my car to Nissan Folsom lake to fix the gas door cap. There was also one recall for the Versa. Micheal Bench called me later and said your car was making knocking noise during the test run and after diagnosis they found out that there is some metal pieces in the engine oil and some part of the engine needs to replaced. I am greatly appreciated to Micheal Bench, he could have ignored the knocking noise and just had fix the recall. First of all I do not care to shop for cars. However, Andrew and Don at Future Nissan of Folsom made it a great experience. We travelled 3 hours to visit their place. They were friendly and honest and over the top occomodating. We went to purchase a specific car and they never played the usual game of trying to sell you something you don't want. We found exactly what we wanted at a great price. I highly recommend this dealership.
