After 2-1/2 hours, I was finally informed that the work was completed. I then had to complete paperwork, and my car was finally delivered approximately fifteen minutes later. "Waited two and one half weeks to get car when purchased...." Waited two and one half weeks to get car when purchased. Unacceptable! Will not purchase another car as didn’t expedite necessary work on used car. Was looking for a truck but not now . However they gave Granddaughter a car to drive.

They said it would be a few days and it was almost 2 weeks. They wouldn’t give me a rental until the work was approved. So I went all weekend without a car.
