The best car buying experience I have ever had. Dustin Leroy was helpful, friendly, and most important not pushy. He listened to what I said I wanted and didn't try to push me into something I did not want. He truly heard everything I wanted. This was true of Dustin I dealt with all the way through finance/paperwork signing. I told Dustin what exactly i wanted and my price range and he definityly kept me with exactly with what I asked for. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle, however on the day I visited the dealership, I was actually there to look at vehicles with my daughter. I had corresponded with Scott via email so I asked for him when we arrived , however he was busy so Matt actually came out on the lot to greet us. When we originally went to the Auto Mall we were looking at a Toyota Hybrid. However, we decided to check out Nissan since my father-in-law had worked there years ago. We were completely impressed by how we were treated when we entered. I was the one that needed a car but my parents had also thrown around the idea of replacing their SUV with something more gas efficient. This was the best car buying experience in my life. Shopped internet pricing of 5 dealerships.Sean Milikan from internet sales fed me updates for over six months. Found my car on an internet sale. Online app, made sure I qualified for rebate and customer cash over the phone.Received a greenlight from Tommy and drove to the Nissan of Roseville and bought my car.
