I just purchased my 2nd Nissan Altima...the first was slightly used and the second was new. Every time my experience has been nothing less than stellar! These guys know their stuff and it shows! There was NEVER ANY PRESSURE...NO HAGGLE AND NO HASSLE! I had the pleasure of working with two sales reps. Steve Perron and John Young...they knew their products and the inventory and were very patient with me trying to make my selection because I was wanting the perfect car. Dealing with Future Nissan of Roseville was a good experience. The people we dealt with were friendly without being pushy. They were respectful, worked the deal, and made it easy. Management great. Process was comfortable, fair and timely Happy with the experience

Andy was great, very friendly, even my 87 year old grandmother liked him. He did not pressure me and he was easy to talk too. I did not like HIS credit manager or whoever it was who processed my application. I think his name was Chris, he was very pushy and had an attitude. When I wanted to go have lunch and then come back I could hear Chris talking about me. Andy followed me to the car, help my grandmother in the car and apologized for Chris's attitude. I was just looking at the Maximas and I meet Johnny Zepeda. He was very kind and helpful. I informed him that I wasnt on the market to buy but just to shop and there was no pressure. He told me to take the care and drive it around for a bit and see if I liked it. I was going to purchase a Ford Fusion until I got done testing driving the Maxima. Future Nissan of Roseville was great! Shaun Hammond helped us to find a car and I would recommend him to everyone looking for car. Shaun made sure me and my husband both liked a car, spent time with us until we found what we wanted. As the paperwork was processed we asked to see new Nissan Juke and, ohh men! We will be back for it and will definitely buy it from Shaun!!! Thanks Shaun and Future Nissan!!!

This is the second car that I have purchased from Future Nissan Roseville. This is by far the best car shopping experience I have had. I was able to go into this experience letting Dominic ( a great sales rep) know of what I was looking for. He showed me multiple options and explained in detail my questions regarding the cars. He did a wonderful job describing the great perks of the Nissan Altima that I was interested in purchasing.
