Fadi was the most hard working salesman I have ever met. Great customer service. He should get a raise for sure. Adam as well was a great help. Fadi did everything right in a non-pushy way to get us the car we wanted. We ended up buying a 2009 Infiniti G37 for a great price. The Extended warranty guy was very rude and we almost walked out at the end of the deal but Adam and Fadi made everything right and we purchased the car. Great Experience. When we purchase another car, we will be going back to Future Nissan and work with the salesman, Wael Ibrahim. Wael is very knowledgeable about the car he sold us. We told Wael what our budget by texting. Then he neogitated the price with the finance guys so we didn't have to sit at the dealrship for hours. Wael got us the exact price we said we could afford for this car. Furthermore, Wael drove the car to my home and we signed the documents in the comfort of our home. How great is that!!!
Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided. Sales Consultant, Sean Broadnax, was very helpful in getting my questions answered and in providing excellent customer service.
I had a wonderful experience with Future Nissan and am very happy with my recent purchase. I wasn't pressured in any way, and the staff went over and above to find me the car I was looking for.
