I went in looking for a used car, and Paul worked with me, listening to what I wanted and what I could spend, and I ended up with a NEW car! Very happy!!!! Being a woman, car shopping is not always the greatest experience, but he really listened and explained things, showing me that I could afford something I thought was out of reach. I purchased my car from future Nissan, the sales man jeff was really good, he took his time to show me the cars they had.
The salesmen Jeff was very nice to me and he Introduced me to his Manager Adam I was able to negotiate price, they were helpfull.
We found exactly what we were looking for. They were fast and helpfull. Im glad that I decided to shop for my car there and will be back next time.
Yes I would recommend this dealership. The only disappointment I have in this dealership is the following. The overall experience was good. My disappointment is that when my grandson and I were going through the process of the paperwork I kept saying to the sales person and the sales manager ( do NOT let him drive this off the lot just to find out later that you can't get financing for him and he has to bring it back to the dealership). While the lot salesmen are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest, the inside of this establishment screamed of trouble. There is a severe lack of communication between representatives and harassment, starting from the managers which trickles its way down to the customer. I overheard a "superior" severely chastising one of the reps, complete with shouting and pointing. It only lasted for a few seconds but it was noticed and noted. My experience at Future Nissan was great. Esteban was one of the nicest saleman that I've ever met. He was knowledgable about the diffrent cars and did not pressure me to make any decisions. I will definitely refer my friends and family to see him. I left with a Nissan Altima that I absolutely love. Thank you Esteban!
