Our car was quite a puzzle to the service department. We kept hearing a sound when we backed up and then drove forward slowly. We took it in a couple of times and of course the car would not make the noise. Mike Webster in the service department then said can you leave it with us for a few days and of course we agreed. They went as far as to have one man drive the car while a mechanic ran along side the car with the hood up (that is above and beyond as far as I'm concerned). We purchased a vehicle from this facility a Saturday May 4th, the manager who helped us his name is Adam,the sales representative's name is Fadi. Fadi was very nice and helpful and Adam seemed willing to please. We went back and forth through the "normal" negotiation process and finally came to an agreement. When I left home I was tired and just decided to go to Nissan due to a Sacto Bee ad. I had made telephone contact with Thang on the phone and asked for him when I arrived. He was very courteous and seemed to know the product he was representing. He also followed up after the sale with a phone contact. Went in to buy a car not looking forward to dealing with the sales people. Had a wonderful experience. They were both friendly and very helpful. Both very knowledgeable of their product. Not trying to be pushy with just one vehicle trying to find something we were comfortable in both physically and financially.
This is by far the best dealership I have been to and I have been to many in the past month trying to find a car. This was made possible because of the friendliness and time that the salesmen spent with me to meet my needs. I first talked to Bill Zupo and went on a test drive with him. Future Nissan of Roseville was wonderful when we purchased our new Altima. Jeremy Drebin was friendly and let us try out and take home vehicles that we were considering to see if they would fit in our garage. He even produced the Ford next door so we could compare the 2 vehicles side-by-side. We were happy that there was no pressure, and the knowledge he had was first hand.
