We stayed at Surf Master 203 and it was a lovely property. Check- in was easy and our condo was clean and comfortable. It was very roomy and I hope we can rent this property again next summer.

We have used Garden City several times to book a vacation rental property. Staff is helpful in selecting a property to suit our vacation needs. Reservation and check in/out process is smooth. Properties rented have been in good condition. We did have a need to call for maintenance a couple times and they were very quick to respond and make the minor repairs. Can’t wait to book my next vacation with GCR!

I love working with Garden City Realty. The staff is polite and go the extra mile to fix any problems, although in the six years we have stayed with them, there have been few problems.

We just got back from a weeklong stay at their Sandpiper Run property at Litchfield By The Sea. It was wonderful! The booking process was very easy. The agent helped me find a property that best suited my family's needs, and she really knew what she was talking about. The property she found us was PERFECT! The condo was spotless when we got there. Aside from some dated appliances in the kitchen, everything was very beautiful and modern. We were originally placed in Sandy Shores I and the permanent home owners were really mean and hateful (recommend you request to not stay here) we talked to the realty company and they were able to find us a new condo, it sucked spending half a day packing back up and moving BUT they were nice enough to refund money for a day! We were placed at Flora Villas, the landscape is beautiful at these condos! Nice home to finish our week off!
