We have booked Compass Rose 32 and 2 different Waterforde condos over the last 5 years through Garden City Realty. There have been a few hiccups here and there, but the quality of customer service has been great during most of our stays. Waterforde 203 was our first rental back in 2014 and was perfect for 4 guests. Very clean and inviting place to stay. Compass Rose 32 was our place the follow 3 years and surpassed all expectations. I love Garden City Realty. My family has vacationed in the Surfside Beach area yearly for over 20 years. We always deal with Garden City Realty and never have had a bad experience. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our condo was ready early and they allowed us to occupy it when we arrived. Love their goody bags. Lol.
