Although the complex is going through renovations, there is always overflowing trash, the hall carpets are stained and old. Additionally there is always trash in the parking lot. We also have found that the maintenance requests aren't completed in a timely manner and we have to constantly call up to the front desk to ensure they get completed. Overall, we like the staff they are very friendly and helpful. It's a very quiet and nice place.

There was a confusion regarding the tour hour but we did get to see the important parts. We liked the open concept, the wide spaces and the ample rooms. I will be back to book a room after Christmas!! A

Caring, friendly staff. They listen to the residents and try new things to keep the experience fresh. It is in a pretty area of town, open, bright shared facilities. Apartments for each resident have nice views and it is a fair price.

The sales director was very helpful in helping us find the apartment that would be the best fit for my parents. The staff have been very friendly and welcoming. Both housekeeping and caregivers are currently understaffed. Common areas are kept clean. Could use more washers and dryers in resident laundry room. Weekly visits by housekeeping to private residents' areas has been intermittent. The response time to resident calling for assistance needs improvement. The location was most ideal (very close to our home) and the price was within our budget. If a friend asked me about the community I would say it's friendly, clean, being renovated with nice upgrades. The area is beautiful and quiet and offers everything we were looking for in a Senior Living Facility.

I like the community, everyone is very nice but the residents complain about the food. It's also under new management/ownership and they are making a lot of cuts and changes that the residents do not care for.It is very close to my house and the studio rooms were a little larger for the monthly rent compared to other places.

We picked this community because it was close to my house. I'd recommend it. People are friendly. Location is quiet. My dad got a first floor apartment. Apartment is large and has hardwood flooring throughout. A must with small animals.
I was able to have an in person tour and the staff were very pleasant and helpful and it is a nice community, but in the end I wanted to move back and be closer to my family.
We did a virtual tour of this community and the tour was great. The staff was very friendly and they answered all of our questions. They had good follow-up and communication also.
