The location was most ideal (very close to our home) and the price was within our budget. If a friend asked me about the community I would say it's friendly, clean, being renovated with nice upgrades. The area is beautiful and quiet and offers everything we were looking for in a Senior Living Facility.

I like the community, everyone is very nice but the residents complain about the food. It's also under new management/ownership and they are making a lot of cuts and changes that the residents do not care for.It is very close to my house and the studio rooms were a little larger for the monthly rent compared to other places.

We picked this community because it was close to my house. I'd recommend it. People are friendly. Location is quiet. My dad got a first floor apartment. Apartment is large and has hardwood flooring throughout. A must with small animals.

I was able to have an in person tour and the staff were very pleasant and helpful and it is a nice community, but in the end I wanted to move back and be closer to my family.

We did a virtual tour of this community and the tour was great. The staff was very friendly and they answered all of our questions. They had good follow-up and communication also.

One of the main reasons we chose this facility is because of the food, it is excellent. We also chose it because of the actual apartments were larger than some of the others that we had looked into. They included free underground parking if you had a car. The physical location is very pretty and looks rural even though everything is near by. We love their marketing director, she has been very helpful to us. All of the staff is very friendly and know all of their residents by name. I would definitely recommend.

Very Nice place, They are remodeling, not messy at all for remodeling, well organized, well keep, rooms look nice, lots of things to do.

Helpful, engaged staff and nice facility make Gateway Gardens a solid choice. Value is excellent and food good but wish the morning meals were a little lighter. Lots of breakfast meats which my mom loves but her waistline does not. This is not a ultra high end facility but I like that. Also they do a good job managing some fairly significant disabilities in an assisted environment. They understand the benefits of continued socialization and wrangle those less apt to join in on activities to get them out, which is great.

The park-like surroundings were nice, with good areas to walk a small pet. The apartments themselves were a bit smaller than my mom was looking for. She also felt that it was somewhat outdated. She would really like an accesible pool.
