My family and I have treated with Dr. Gaughf for ten years. Dr. Gaughf and her staff are amazing. I would highly recommend this physician.
Dr. Gaughf is very professional and her staff is very friendly. Wait times to see Dr. Gaughf or Amy (her PA) are short. The front staff is very friendly. Deborah, the esthician, is very knowledgeable about skin care and helps you find skin care products that are very effectiveand within your price range.

I been a patient of Dr. Gaughf’s for years. She is very knowledgeable and always takes time to answer my questions. I never have to wait more than 15 minutes before I am taken to an exam room. Her nursing front staff are friendly. Love her aesthician, Debbie! She will help you design a skin care regimen that is within your price range.
She found a dangerous mole on my back. I am so grateful for her expertise and great surgical ability. The scar looks fantastic. Great cosmetic result!
She is a very good cosmetic dermatologist as well an excellent surgeon. I went there and she noticed a very dark mole. Thank goodness she noticed it because it was 1 step from a melanoma which was on my back where I could not even see it. Excellent surgical scar once done. Thank you for helping me!
Highly trained medical professional with an excellent patient manner. I am very glad I found her offices. Spending a great deal of time in the south my family goes to the dermatologist annually. I had a good level of expectations from the doctor with her experience and schooling. She did not disappoint. The office personnel were keenly in tune with my needs and it was a great experience from start to end. Looking forward to returning.
I had a disappointing experience at this dermatology clinic. I visited three times for a skin condition, but the prescribed topical treatments did not help and actually made my condition worse. I did not receive a clear diagnosis or treatment plan.I also missed one appointment and was charged a $50 no-show fee. There is a Pooler location for this doctor staffed with Nursing Assistants. When United Healthcare made a referral for me, I as of the impression that it would be with Dr. Gaugh or another MD. NOT!. They are all Nursing Assistants an when I visited to assess skin cancer, the Assistant was going to remove a sample until I stopped her, asking when the doctor would see it.
