I went in to have a cyst removed from my back. The nurse prepped me so when the PA came in I was on my stomach. She walked in and started right to work never introducing herself or coming over where I could see her. She never said a word to me except about halfway through, when it became very painful, I said "That felt like it was attached." Her reply "It was." I will never go back and when asked I tell people not to go there. I'll give my money to a place that cares about their patients.

Dr. Gaughf and her office and staff are the fast-food of physician's practices: quick, unfriendly, with no customer service. I've never been seen by anyone who was so cursory, rushed, and seemingly uninterested. I didn't even know she was the doctor when she came into the examining room; she flew in, didn't make eye contact or say hello or introduce herself, or acknowledge me in any way. With her back to me for a few minutes, writing in a chart, I finally said, "Hello, are you Dr. Gaughf?"

I?m not a dermatologist but I am an informed patient. I must say I?m not at all comfortable with the thoroughness of today?s whole body CA screening exam. She (the MD) looked me over for all of 60 seconds or less! Good grief, she simply eyeballed the site where my skin spot occurred but didn?t even put me under an overhead exam light or use any sort of magnification. Nothing but a quick chunk of $$$$ billed to the insurance company ?even the girl at the check-out said ?that was quick. CAUTION
