Team Gavin took care of me the whole way throughout the process. I had a weekly touch base to ensure any questions were answered and they were attentive and responsive to all my questions. They did everything possible to get me the best interest rate and a loan I could afford. I am thankful for their hard work in getting me into my new home. I couldn't have done it without them!

I used Citywide Home Loans to help me purchase my second home, and I couldn't be happier. Team Gavin helped expedite the process for me so I could have a quick close. They provided prompt responses and were extremely knowledgable. They performed beautifully under pressure and went the extra mile for me. We were very happy with working with Team Gavin of Citywide throughout the entire purchase process. They were able describe the process at the very beginning so we knew what to expect, lock us in a great rate, and even able to have us move up closing which is near impossible in the Denver area right now. We were first time home-buyers and they made the process quite enjoyable from start to finish.

Team Gavin gave me precise information regarding my loan and how to do a cash out refinance and the benefits that would help me out in the long run.
