I am very pleased with the work Team Gavin provided me. I started the house hunt journey July 2016 and just closed on my house Feb 2017!!!! Team Gavin was with me every step of the way. I never detected an ounce of frustration or impatience from my lender and I there were times she could have easily been. They were very informative and forthcoming with information. Team Gavin thank you for being so awesome, kind, and patient! #Finally Home!!

Team Gavin did a great job helping us through the process. They helped us get out. Ack end down so we could qualify for a home loan. Student loans were a problem but we were able to get our debt down to qualify. Scott was very helpful with his advice to lower our ratios. We really appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping us qualify. Melissa was always pleasant and helpful to work with.

Team Gavin was there for me through every step of the process. If I had questions about anything, day or night, they were available to answer them and walk me through the form or situation. They made me feel like my loan was a priority. If I ever buy another home or conduct a refinance, this is the only lender I would use. Thank you Team Gavin for everything!!
