Gavin and the rest of his team were extremely helpful and went out of her way to get several quotes for us. There were a couple of times early on in the process where I would have liked to hear back from her a little sooner but as time went on she was very responsive.

Team Gavin was amazing to work with! I worked with Team Gavin at CityWide and honestly I never thought a lender could be so warm, friendly, helpful and thoughtful! The entire process was explained clearly and I got weekly updates of where my loan was in the process! Team Gavin did an excellent job with our loan! The best part of the experience was the clear and consistent communication throughout, starting from the initial info packet and email that explained everything we needed to bring to our opening, face-to-face meeting. We had a great experience with Team Gavin. Our phone calls were returned immediately. They stayed ahead of the documents needed from us so that nothing was done last minute. They took the time to explain each step and to answer all our questions. Our lender worked well with our realtor so that we didn't have to be the middle man.
