Team Gavin did an excellent job with our loan! The best part of the experience was the clear and consistent communication throughout, starting from the initial info packet and email that explained everything we needed to bring to our opening, face-to-face meeting. Gavin and the rest of his team were extremely helpful and went out of her way to get several quotes for us. There were a couple of times early on in the process where I would have liked to hear back from her a little sooner but as time went on she was very responsive.
