I got my hair done yesterday at this salon and I have nothing but a great review. Being a military wife, venturing away from my favorite salon at home was difficult. After being here for 10 months, I bit the bullet on trying out Gene Juarez. They accommodated me in for a color that was not already on my schedule and I am greatly appreciative for that. I had the best experience and care here! Nova cut my hair so beautifully and Hunter got me to the perfect white platinum. I had a messed up cut from a pervious salon and green that needed to be taken out! They definitely had a big job in front of them. They were also so kind and gave me my coffee fix. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back to these ladies!

For the most part, my experiences here has been 5 out of 5. Every now and then, I get the vibe that this place is a little too hoity toity for my taste, but thank goodness I found a great stylist I love. She truly saved me from the debacle of my last stylist. I cannot stress enough how having an educated staff is extremely important! One thing I have to say is there's a system. DAYTON did an amazing job with my hair correction. My hair went from orange to a blended-beautiful balayage in one sitting!!! I highly recommend her!!!

I've been going to the Silverdale Gene Juarez for 3 years now and should have written a review long ago! I LOVE Kathy O'Brien for my color and Nicole for my cuts. I've never left disappointed. Kathy is so patient with me as I want to go darker and then lighter and then dark again :) she gets the color better than I could have imagined every time! Thankfully, they were able to schedule me for a quick same-day appointment to fix the cut. Kylie asked all of the right questions, brought my undercut up to a perfect level, and cleaned up the edges.

I went in on Saturday to correct my hair because a previous salon did a crap job on it. Ashley helped me out. She even scheduled a next day appt with me. We weren't able to accomplish the color I wanted because the previous job done to my hair, but when I left I was beyond happy. I didn't think my hair was going to look good until the previous dye had eventually washed out. Ashley is amazing. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to leave happily. The entire staff is so sweet. I love this place.

I got a full service from Cole and it was the best haircut experience of my life. He and the rest of the staff were super friendly and easy to talk to they and they made sure my first experience there was amazing.
