Kat is my GIRL! I've had the same 2 people cutting my hair my whole life so trying someone new made me nervous. Kat did an awesome job the first time I came a year ago and she has been my girl ever since. Just wacked my hair off this am and I was doing cartwheels out the sore. Thanks Kat!! See you soon!

I had my hair cut on October 3 with Cole. I was so nervous to get my haircut by somebody brand new. I chose Gene Juarez as my new salon since moving here. I was extremely happy with my haircut and it is still looking flawless. It is a bit pricey for just a haircut but hey I am guaranteed to love my hair. I will be back and I hopefully will be able to stay with the same hair stylist. Highly recommend this place. They have amazing customer service and happy environment.

Go see Nicole! I have never had such a wonderful experience while at a salon. She is kind and patient, along with very skilled and talented. I moved here 4 years ago, and wish I had discovered her sooner! The staff is amazing, and the environment very comfortable while also professional. Nicole stays after 5, which is nice for my work schedule. Go to see Nicole, you will not regret it.

Not only did we all leaving feeling our best, our hair and makeup lasted for 12+ hours through pictures and partying. I also really liked that fake eyelashes were included in the package for everyone. Alex and Kim did my bridal hair and makeup, and they were absolutely amazing!

Kylee and Cat were fabulous with my daughter and myself. We both have loads of THICK LONG hair, stylists have been traumatized trying to get through a cut. Kylee was awesome, she was friendly, professional and did a great job on my locks. My cut is exactly what I was looking for - thank you Kylee. My daughters hair looks amazing too, Cat!

I opened a Yelp account to specifically give Gene Juarez a review, more specifically Nicole. I moved to Kitsap County a couple years ago, and really lucked out finding her! She is patient with my indecisiveness, informative, and does a fantastic job every single time! She is clear about what she is going to do, and also open to making suggestions. I had a great experience here. The salon is located inside the mall, right outside of Macy's. I went in for a bikini wax last week and everyone there were nice and welcoming. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment, I did have to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment time because the cosmetologists had to clean up from her last appointment.
