It was my first time at this SLU location and from the reception to the end of my visit, it was very pleasant. The salon was not blindingly lit like some of the other salons, but cozy and warm. The heated towels were an added comfort on a cold, rainy day, and Jet was very skilled and knowledgeable, and paid special attention to every detail. I think I’ve found “my salon” for the future!
I’ve been getting my hair cut by Amanda for a while now, and am always satisfied with my haircut. She’s fantastic with barber-style haircuts and really listens to exactly what I’m looking for. Amanda is super easy to talk to, which makes each appointment enjoyable, and she always provides amazing service. She also keeps detailed notes on my haircut preferences, ensuring each cut is precise and consistent. If you’re looking for a skilled, thoughtful barber Amanda is the one!
Came in for a trim, walked out with bangs that I did not ask for… Why? Why not ask me if I’d be ok with short bags?! I asked for a hair trim and to keep my length. Speechless. I don’t like bangs, they distract me, and so not my style. Additionally the quality is subpar, the hair is not evenly cut, even these bags are disproportionate with the right side significantly shorter. that’s just before the holiday season and several trips that I have planned... What a mistake this was to book here.
Paula Hahn is a true treasure. She is very committed to customer service and stands out to truly caring about her customers !! The receptionist on this day was also extra special among your wonderful support staff.
Isley is hands down the greatest stylist of all time! Not only is she a fabulous person who I absolutely adore and look forward to seeing. But her skills are unmatched, she is so incredibly talented and I feel blessed to have found her.
