Emily is terrific!
Loove the shampoo bowls with incredible neck support. Turns my shampoo into a spa treatment. My fav is the keratin express treatment. Makes my blowouts quicker, and my curly hair smoother and shinier.
Mercedes did a great job on my nails. I am post Acrylics with damaged nails. She educated me on nail care and what I could consider if the Shellac didn't last due to damage. She did a great job - my nails look amazing!

Soumaly is always wonderful and the added free Kerastase conditioning treatment was a real treat. I also enjoyed my make up consultation, which was very informative.
My massage was excellent and the lovely woman who did my manicure was fantastic as well - for both of those components I would have given 4 or 5 stars. However, I only gave three stars as despite having a good experience while in the spa, my nail polish started chipping off less than 24 hours after I left.
