Dr is lovely. Support staff is a JOKE they had me in here for 1.5 hrs JUST to tell me to come back and reschedule for the actual cleaning. So it took y’all 1.5 hrs to take xray and poke my gums ….? Literal waste of time. Also the office manager took ZEROA ACCOUNTABILITY and said it was call center fault. Fine. But is it also the call center fault that there are dirty boxes thrown everywhere in the office, trash overflowing, things on shelf just slopped about instead of being lined up ? This place is gross

I'm a 48yr old male, that travels all over the country for work, never time to take care of myself. It has been 10+ years since I have visited a dentist. How lucky was I to find Gentle Dental Ahwatukee!! Needless to say a very intense cleansing was needed. Thank you to my hygienist Mrs. Waters for taking excellent care of me. We had four, one hour appointments of intense work. She is an absolute professional at her craft! Thank you for giving me my smile back 😁😆
After going here for my first time for services, I was impressed and comfortable by the dental hygienist and the doctor being both Black Woman. The hygienist Curleshia was very nice, informative, patient, and went step by step with my cleaning and after care. The doctor listened to my concerns and went the extra mile to look into the pain I was having in my gums. After 4 dentist here in Ahwatukee, I don't feel like I am being ripped off and used for my insurance.
I (and my whole family-the Yapps) love our hygienist Curleshia! She’s the best of the best! We just joined this office, and it was such a nice surprise to find out Curleshia is our hygienist! We knew her few years ago at different dental office. She’s been missed all these years! She’s very gentle and professional providing care to all of us and she’s always a joy to chat with!
