The oral surgery was fine. I have no complaints. However, they talked me out of getting two implants knowing that my insurance was going to change at the end of the year (in about two weeks) and no longer cover implants. So now, I am left with missing molars and no implants to go in their place. I'm not the least bit happy about this!
My experience was Great! The atmosphere is so calming and overall peaceful... Not loud not chaotic. And not crowded.🤗 The front desk amazing... They know you and expect w welcoming greetings and smiled ☺️ TJ is amazing and such a joy... Its of great pleasure to be attended to by him... My last visit to Gental Dental was very pleasant and efficient. I have been with them for a long time, probably ten years or more. I have no complaints. They have always been prompt, professional and pleasant, exactly what you would want from a dental visit.
I had an emergency Extraction that went into their lunch, as a Dental Assistant myself I felt terrible and was very apologetic because I know the struggle, but Dr. Chang and Teva did a great job at making sure I was in the best care and ensuring that nothing mattered but me. Very selfless and compassionate. Give them a raise 😁 not a pizza party 🤙🏽
Best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Had to get my wisdom tooth removed in an emergency and they did it on the spot! Talked me about how the procedure would work and told me everything he was doing in the process. Explained the aftercare very well and gave me extra gauze as well as sheet of all the do’s and dont’s. It was my first dental appointment since i was in high school and I was not dissatisfied.
