They live up to their name that's for sure. From the front desk ladies to the dental assistant to the doctor himself, they were all great. They were polite and respectful. Always asked how I was doing, making sure I was comfortable. They were just good people. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family
I had oral surgery done. My case was complicated by the fact that I have had radiation to the face recently. Dr. A and his team were superb! I am a big baby when it comes to dental work, and they all helped me to relax, and make me feel secure for this proceedure. I was sedated for this, and everything went very smoothly. Pain has really been minimal and easily controlled. I am so looking forward to having my smile back, and Gentle Dental will always be my go to place from now on. They have earned my trust.
The 3 stars are for the nice and professional Dr, hygienist and front office staff. But back office, xray tech needs to be more friendly and smile more and the girl who verifies insurance gives you quotes for procedures as well. Thank you so very much to the ladies in the front desk office, the receptionist they were very kind and lovely a real sweet heart. I was in a lot of pain and she took that in consideration also i had an appointment and they took care of me almost instantly.
Stay away from Gentle Dental in Apple Valley! I've visited 6 other dentists/orthodontists since my first visit with Gentle Dental & I can confidently say I could NOT recommend this office at all. I was able to compare their services and know that the service I was provided with here was below average, rude and unprofessional. I'd not been to the dentist in awhile & I was anxious.
