Be very careful with this place. I have been waiting to leave a review until I had a second opinion. Long story short was told I needed a Root canal, crown, special mouth guard made to put special paste in it for nighttime use, deep cleaning and maybe some other things I can’t remember. I asked what if I just want to fix my back molar and get a cleaning? She told that’s not possible and that my appointment couldn’t continue without agreeing to receive that treatment. I had to have some teeth pulled and bone grafts done, but in the past I had had many bad experiences with dentists but Dr Saed and Ryan made me so comfortable that my fear went away. Dr Saed was caring and gentle through the whole dental process. I would recommend him to everyone that I know. Thanks again Dr Saed and the great stuff at gentle dental
I was very displeased with my experience at this office. My first priority is to keep what teeth I have left. They wanted to pull 3 of them. They insisted I had an infection in one of my teeth. I had a blood test with NO elevation of white blood cells, no swelling and no pain. The cost was extensive on top of that.
Dr tran and staff are curious and caring. Dr Trans went above and beyond to help me when I most needed with a scary dental problem I had . He help me with out a question did everything in his power to make sure my situation was resolved. For the pricing the staff: Laura was very understanding and even offer me payment options for my treatment which was very helpful in this economy. Over all gentle Dental Dr tran and his staff are the best . Caring, professional, and quality service with dignity at all times.
The dentist didn’t know what he was doing, and I dentures fit horribly can’t talk with them. Can’t eat with them. It was a mess and overcharged and didn’t charge my insurance. Recommend them to anyone.
