I had such a great experience at this dental office! Dr. Michael was amazing- he took the time to explain everything in terms I could easily understand and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The entire staff was wonderful and thorough. The receptionist, Angie was super helpful and friendly. The hygienist Andrea, did and excellent job explaining each step and gave me one of the most thorough cleanings I've ever had! Overall experience was ok. I was able to get a same day appointment & the wait time was not that long. However they still had to refer me to specialist, so no dental procedures were performed other then Xray & exam.
I had to have a tooth pulled and it was painless!! I've been afraid to go to the dentist because I'm a coward but I will make this a routine from now on. Thanks! Oh and all the staff were great!
I brought my two kids in for a routine check. They were quick to make an appt and also quick to see my kids. I had to bounce between my teen and my toddler and they were great with keeping both comfortable and calm. They both received a cleaning and it was beautifully done.
Caring and Considerate: I found the reception staff pleasant and helpful. I called the office the day before and the young man listened and I was given an appointment for the next day. My husband uses the same dentist but in Hesperia I explained why I needed to be seen and they made an effort to accommodate me asap with an opening at their Apple Valley location. I have been a long time patient of this practice. Staff are always friendly and strive to achieve patient satisfaction. Dr. Tran was very knowledgeable and gentle while providing service. Patient education is a priority. Learn something new with each visit. Like the holistic recommendations to enhance traditional care.
