Gentle Dental in Apple Valley has ben the best dental experience in my life. All the staff were caring and kind. The doctor was very attentive and listened. My anxiety was through the roof. However, he walked me through it, and I had very little pain. I will be back with a huge smile and great confidence that I will always be taken care of. P.S I am not one to write reviews, but Gentle Dental is worth my time and words.

3 months and still DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND!!! They are holding my money and not calling me back. Has requested a manager multiple times to give me a call was even told to call and when I called back, they told me the managers are aware of the situation and will follow up with me, but I still have not gotten a call back. I even called And submitted a grievance against the Apple Valley office and still have not gotten a call back. My next steps are to call corporate or to file a lawsuit about my refund. We were seriously planning on switching offices. My son has been going since he was 8, He just turned 16.He needed so much work done plus we weren’t constant because our appointments kept getting cancelled by the system & we wouldn’t get callbacks to reschedule. Anyways, he enjoyed going but for almost a year or more he didn’t care for the new doctor change. I called for an emergency visit because I needed to have a crown re-cemented. I was extremely pleased with how professional my contact was from my initial phone call until the completion of services. I was not pressured to get services i did not need or request. I was treated like a valued patient throughout my contact. Staff were professional and caring. I will return.

Dr tran and staff are curious and caring. Dr Trans went above and beyond to help me when I most needed with a scary dental problem I had . He help me with out a question did everything in his power to make sure my situation was resolved. For the pricing the staff: Laura was very understanding and even offer me payment options for my treatment which was very helpful in this economy. Over all gentle Dental Dr tran and his staff are the best . Caring, professional, and quality service with dignity at all times.
