They have a new dentist. He wears about 7 masks and you can't understand him. Went for 6 month apt. and he looked at old xray and decided a need to replace a crown that wasn't needed at last visit and put a crown where he said that I had a large filling and should be replaced. Also the work that was suggested was not the crowns covered by insurance so they could charge anything. Didn't talk to me directly told assistant what I needed and she wrote it down. Worst office staff I have ever experienced. They never call back. You have to call them, and then they act like it's the first time talking to you. Nobody has any notes of previous conversations. Then they schedule your daughter to have her wisdom teeth out. Sent to Costa Mesa office for this. You take the whole day off work. Then you show up and they say that they can't do the procedure because they need a medical consent form from her doctor. I mean, it's a small detail. Gentle dental offices are scams they also take forever just for a basic cleaning last time I was here it took me more than two hours to be able to get a simple cleaning. How come they do not refund us the same way when we sign the paper if we are late to the appointment or no show. If it's them they want to charge you as much as possible never coming here and I do not recommend it either also the dentist there is trying his hardest and is very pushy about their patients buying their electric tooth brush. I have been coming here for years... Apparently the Doctor retired and a new staff is in there. I didn't know this until I was already in the chair. I had a cleaning and examination. This took two hours which is the longest its ever taken... They started off by polishing my teeth which I found odd as usually that is done last. I would tell anyone who asks not to go to this dental office. The dentist was wonderful, but he just retired. The problem with this place is the office staff. They over charged us and our insurance company. We over payed by mistake and they have not corrected the billing. We have called continuously since July and keep hearing so sorry but they are busy and can never call us back. They always say that they are going to call but NEVER do! Absolutely the worst. I had to reschedule about 3 times before they actually got me in. When I finally got my appt the 2 guys in the front had no idea who I was. I got off early to make that appt and they had no idea who I was. Said I was under someone else's name. Total waste of time to book with them. BUYER BEWARE.

Dr.Lehman and Dr.Kallaos are great. But the office administration is terrible. In the course of past 4 months, they messed up with my appointments 4 times and treatment plan 3 times. I could never get a hold of anyone in the office to schedule appointments or ask questions. I had tried 3 different phone numbers that were listed on Yelp,Google and their website. Dr. Lehman is very good, he explains things very well and I am very comfortable with his suggestions, comments and his care. Unfortunately I can't say the same for his front office staff. I have a billing issue but when I call, nobody answers so I leave a message but nobody calls back. I have called and now left six messages and have not received a single call back. Good dentist or not, will not be returning to this office.

I booked an appt for my son to see the orthodontist. We arrived 5 min early and waited 45 minutes, and still no one called us in.I was very frustrated , no one even said sorry for the wait. I am a very busy person,These people dont seem to care if others miss the school or work.
