This place is going down hill. Customer service and dentist are good. However they are understaffed and dentist only comes in once a week. Worst complaint is the office doesn't pick up the phone or return phone calls when a voicemail is left.

Do not come here. These guys will scam you to the MAXIMUM LEVEL. This is franchise dental office that means NO DOCTORS WILL give a fuck about you. This place is ALL ABOUT MONEY. Poor customer service. Dr.Zobaer will not do his job. He is rude. He looks like he hates working here. He also looks like he hates his job and his life. The person who takes X Ray makes sooooo many mistakes I had to take multiple unnecessary X rays meaning more radiation to my body. Every staff here needs to train more. Don't come here. This is not because COVID. Scheduled at 10:00AM. Drive 35 minutes to here, and no one is even in office. WTF... I am a patient here for years, as soon as the doctor retired, the new doctor came in, this location became garbage. Don't wasting your time here.

The office staff here is very frustrating. Management is constantly changing so every time I go in to see my ortho, there is someone new. Prior to getting my ortho services a deep cleaning is required. Since I've had issues with this office in the past, I made sure to get a pre determination of benefits to ensure that the only thing I was going to pay was my out of pocket. Do not come here. Called the office to set appointment and clarify it's approved by insurance and they confirmed that the procedure is covered. Then the bait and switch happened. They charge $1664 for wisdom tooth pulled without explaining that this is your out of pocket or it's not covered by the insurance when we specifically ask on the phone prior to setting appointment, the appointment setter confirmed the wisdom tooth pulled is fully covered for local anesthetic.

Don't go here. This has nothing to do with Covid. This has everything to do with poor customer service and lack of professionalism. This dentist use to be ran under a different dentist and he was wonderful. The new dentist and the office staff are ridiculous. I had an exam in September which came with a recommended treatment plan. I didn't completely agree with the plan and was concerned the needs were exaggerated. Don't go to this place. They're very manipulative and try to rip you off. Not to mention, most of the staff is horrible and extremely rude. They're very dishonest. They lie about your insurance coverage and try to sell you stuff that you don't need.

Was here in December of last year. Staff seems nice but are grossly incompetent. I was never really seen by the dentist but simply greeted and told I was going to be seen by "someone" soon. As it turns out I was only seen by the hygienist. She took X-rays followed by a simple routine cleaning. My teeth are usually fine, no cavities or other issues, so I wasn't really worried about just being seen by a hygienist and rather get out of there as soon as possible. AWFUL! We have been owed a credit on Ortho treatment for 1.5 yrs and every single time I call I am told we are still looking into it. They change staff so often they never honor what the previous office staff promised they would do. They never answer the phone and always try to up sell. I will not be going here again
