All I can say the dentist are great. Dealing with the front office is the WORST they have no clue what they are doing!!!
The most horrible office staff. I would give them 0 Stars if I could. I made an appointment a week ago, first-time client. They said that they had to verify insurance. They didn't call until yesterday and just left a generic voicemail. My appointment was this morning. I picked up my messages and called them back before I left for the appointment. The girl in the office said that they couldn't verify insurance information and needed the correct member ID. I asked if I should reschedule and she offered for me to come in there ... read more
