Had my first visit with Dr. Lehman today! I am very impressed with not only him, but his staff as well. Excellent bedside manner all around. I felt very comfortable going in for my first visit. The receptionist was very friendly when I first came in. The office looks beautiful and is very clean. Dr. Lehman made things completely painless! I had no idea this was possible and will never have to fear going to the dentist again:) Everything ran on time and the staff was very professional. Nice facility and very calm environment. Ricky, the Practice Manager was also very pleasant to deal with, as were the assistants. I would highly recommend this practice! I can honestly say that I have never written a review of a dental practice before, but this one could not go unnoticed!

Was looking for a new Dentist near my home in Brea. Found Gentle Dental near the Brea Mall. I'm always hesitant to try a new dental office, however, this was one of the best experience. I was greeted by Ricky (assuming the manager), with positive vibes. Once I was taken to the back for X-rays, Julie was the best, careful with me while she took my X-rays and was a joy to talk to. Tried this office for the first time around thanksgiving. I didn't know what to expect but I was surprised by an inviting staff and a clean and orderly kept office. The equipment was state of the art which made it comfortable. Dr. Lehman was great and gave me recommendations that i agreed with. I would recommend this office for kids as well, my daughter really likes it here and the staff were great with her. Keep up the great work!

My wife and I started going to see Dr. Lehman of Brea Gentle Dental recently. We could not be happier with our experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Lehman is very professional and personable. It has been a very relaxed visit each time we have gone. We have found their prices to be very competitive and the level of work has been terrific.as this is a new office, word is just now getting around about this Dentist and his staff. I did not want to make another review but I had my teeth re-examined at another office. It turns out that one of my "cavities" was drilled in but never filled. The portion she did do resin on, she didn't even out my tooth making it uneven and have unbearable pain. This is ridiculous, I paid a little under $200 for this type of care and had to spend additional money to get it fixed elsewhere in the span of the same week due to the extreme jaw pain. I went to Gentle Dental about a year ago, once my insurance changed and was in the midst of finding a new dentist. During my appointment, I was informed of having multiple cavities. The "doctor" gave a sense of pressure to have the cavities fixed immediately and while I asked for a quote, I could see through his dishonesty. My experience with Gentle Dental Brea and Dr. Peter B. Tafesh was extremely concerning and fell far below the professional and ethical standards that patients have the right to expect. I was not informed in advance that treatment could not be performed on the same day. This was only disclosed after the examination and presentation of the treatment plan. Update: they have refunded the amount paid. Thank you Libby for your assistance. This office charged me for a procedure as well as billing my insurance for the same procedure. The refuse to refund me even though insurance has paid them. Now they will not answer my calls or return my calls. My next step is to report them for insurance fraud.
