To me it seems that Gentle Dental is just our for your money. They were not clear in their communication, and want to charge you for many unnecessary "recommendations". My experiences with them have been very unacceptable. I do not recommend using Gentle Dental for your dental needs. They do not care.
Stay away. I went to get a basic cleaning and walked out with a Care Credit loan for $1200 worth of work. Upon getting some “deep cleaning” done, it was evident that they charged me for dental work I didn’t even need. The dentist just ran her little metal tool across my gum line. From what I had heard, true deep cleans is painful and they get all the way under the gum line.
Best experiences always. This last time I got the most gentle and thorough cleaning done! My dental health has improved so much because of good service and advice!
Friendly staff but be prepared to be there a long time. A simple check up took 90 minutes! Treatment plans and pricing not discussed clearly. You are asked to sign that it’s been discussed before even being seen.
Took my 7yo daughter here to get braces. The staff were nice enough. However, my daughter's braces came off after only a couple days on one tooth. We went in to have fixed, they stated it may have had moisture and not bonded. Then within a week they came off again. We had them fixed again. Within a week they came off a third time on two teeth. My daughter did not eat candy or anything hard as instructed. We then had them remove them and requested a refund. 3x with two different specialists is not acceptable. We got a refund.... read more
