I had a wonderful experience during my first visit. My appointment went smoothly, and everything was well managed. The staff members were all super friendly and helpful. Plus, the office is very clean and spacious.
Dr.LIU was really nice and took the time to speak to my elderly mother to reassure her she would be ok. Elena the dental assistant was so nice and really patient with my mom. I really appreciate both of them. Great experience at Gentle Dental 🩷
Hello my first name is Trevor Deshawn Elliott. I went in and got a deep clean. From the front desk receptionist to the hygienist ! I highly recommend gentle dental. They’re fast and proficient and professional in everything they do. I walked out satisfied and happy with the results. I will be back every three months also for my braces !! I can’t wait.
I’ve had a couple visits with Gentle Dental now and both have gone well. All the staff (dentist, hygienist, and receptionists) are nice and accommodating. When they discovered I needed work done during my 1st check up with them, they were able to do it that day rather than having to schedule an extra appointment, which saved me PTO 🤗. I would definitely recommend them.
Their time management leaves much to be desired. Every time I go it takes hours just for regular check up. 1:00 appointment, this time I did get in within a reasonable time. They did X-Ray and the checked gums, then at 2:30 they said it would be an hour before they could do a cleaning, or I could reschedule it. I left for an hour and came back for cleaning.
