I’ve had a couple visits with Gentle Dental now and both have gone well. All the staff (dentist, hygienist, and receptionists) are nice and accommodating. When they discovered I needed work done during my 1st check up with them, they were able to do it that day rather than having to schedule an extra appointment, which saved me PTO 🤗. I would definitely recommend them.
Their time management leaves much to be desired. Every time I go it takes hours just for regular check up. 1:00 appointment, this time I did get in within a reasonable time. They did X-Ray and the checked gums, then at 2:30 they said it would be an hour before they could do a cleaning, or I could reschedule it. I left for an hour and came back for cleaning. This dentist is fraught with issues. They continuously overbook patients and then reschedule the same day in office because of slow staffing issues. We have been scheduled, only to show up and either the office is closed or they claim there is no appointment on the books. Today, there was one doctor to 15 patients scheduled between my wait time this afternoon. This is not the first time, either. Have careful consideration if you plan on becoming a patient of this office. Definitely not satisfied.
This dental office has Great service and Dr. Lee was wonderful and I love my new dentures. They fit so good no food can get through. Thank you Dr. Lee and Gental Dental
The Doctors and Staff are great but they are ALWAYS short staffed. The office used to run very efficiently but in the last year it has changed. I hope they can get more help and keep the staff they have happy so they will stay.
