The front office personnel are very much lazy they never pick up the phone or they don't really care to help. I arrived to my daughter's dental exam appointment 8 minutes late because of traffic. On my way I had call them and they never answered the phone, when I got there there was no people waiting in the lobby, they cancel my appointment not considering that I took time off from work. I had issues from the minute I called to book an urgent appointment. First I was scheduled same day at a different location because they didn't have any available appointments at the Chula Vista branch. My insurance only covers the Chula Vista office so that was one, I had to call back, cancel the initial appointment and get a second appointment scheduled. They were able to get me in next day. On Oct'23 I scheduled an appointment for a bridge replacement, the employee at the front desk showed me a quote and said it was fully covered except for $311 which I paid the same day, I was provided with a temp later to return for the permanent bridge. I needed a couple of crowns and the employee at the front desk said that the insurance covered up to $5000 per year and it was best to wait until the following year, she scheduled an appointment for Jan'24, she verbally told me it was fully covered and requested a $20 copay,... read more

Worst Dentist, EVER! Very unprofessional. Changed their rates and policy on braces. Overpriced and dishonest. Had the WORST Office Manager. Don't waste your time, insurance or money on this corporate JUNK!! Lots of patients with lots of dental problems, too. Not kid-friendly.
ATTENTION DISABLED PEOPLE I would STRONGLY recommend you stay away from this place. I recently went to an appointment here. They gave me 6 pages of paperwork, which they did not tell me over the phone, but I only needed help with 1 of them, which I stated. The Americans with Disabilities Act says that reasonable accommodations MUST be made so that disabled people can get the same services as everybody else. First made a point to be sure that my insurance covered the work PRIOR to doing work with Gene***. The office assured me it was covered and even had me pay a small fee of what wasn't covered. NOTE THAT MY CHARGE DOES NOT SHOW ANY PAYEMENT'S MADE*** Yet, the office still charged me full pricing and was not transparent in anyway. Get your dentures elsewhere! Poor communication between Girls in the front and the actual so-called dentist . Prior to making my appointment I've spoke with the girls in the front several times each time I specifically ask them that when I get my denture relined will it be in office or does it have to be shipped out? every single time I was told that it was in office. never never again will I waste a day for a 5 minute appointment I waited a month for a consult with endodontist just to be told what I already knew and was referred for. I was asked to make another appointment which would be another month no thanks I'm gone I was provided number for another office and have a new appointment. fingers crossed it's a better experience
