Would give XERO stars. Made appointment with concern for getting quote for extractions. They continued to make appointment. Arrived for appointment and "they don't do extractions because there is no oral surgeon, but dentist can consult on extractions and do checkup and cleaning." Doctor G, the ortho, was extremely rude. I was told something completely different by a previous employee -- and with how often the staff changes, it feels like a revolving door every time I go in. I went in to pick up my old Invisalign cases, which one of their employees specifically told me they could store for me. After paying $3,800, I find out they never stored them and actually threw them away. Worse experience with this dentistry !!!! starting from the office manager and staff. Gentle Dental Chula Vista office don't respect business hours, very difficult to obtain appointments, exam rooms very disorganized and don't seem like they use sterile techniques. when i finally got in for an appointment i was told the appointment was ONLY to get x-rays !! very upsetting, appointment was made for routine cleaning. i requested to speak with a manager but not available. At this point will be changing to another clinic.

This place is garbage! Last year I came to have my wisdom teeth removed because one was hurting but it was just best to remove all of them. So I have an appointment to go over what's going to happen the next time I come for the procedure. I asked one of their employees if they do payment plans, she tells me yes. This place has been my hell for the longest time... rude staff unprofessional front desk. Lazy and incompetent I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy . I will not be going back ever !!!

This place is garbage. I schedule an appointment over the phone, I show up on the day of my appt and they tell me they don't have an appt for me. The person at the front desk said they don't receive info for appointments that were made over the phone. I received texts and emails confirming my appointment days before then again the same day of my appt. I even tried calling several times before my appointment and left them a voicemail to cancel/reschedule but no one answered. I also filled out their forms intake form 3x and so... read more

Worse costumer service. I had my appointment scheduled at 4pm, arrived at 3:50pm, immediately the costumer service representative asked ifI filled out the paperwork, I was not aware, she said "I sent a text," I repeated myself I have not received anything and showed the only confirmation texts I received, she repeated "I did" discrediting my word and said that she would resent. If I could leave a zero I would. Waited over 45 minutes to get to the back, never saw anyone for another 25 minutes. They just leave you alone without a word, waiting. I was Just here for one small X-ray of a possibly injured tooth. Finally see someone who puts a weighted full body X-ray protector on me, where I have a known broken shoulder, and leaves me again for another 20 minutes.
