My daughter just had oral surgery, extraction of 2 teeth, they made her and me fell very comfortable, safe, and welcome. She was very nervous and they were all very nice to her.Dr. Needles and the anesthesiologist and the helpers were all very kind and explained everything very well, she hardly had swelling the same day she hardly had pain, very happy with their care and service, definitely recommend these office.

Overall the experience was an A+ from my first point of contact to my last every member of the personnel was terrific. They ensured my comfort throughout the procedure. They thoroughly explained and legitimized all expenses and answered my questions without reservation. I've been distrustful of other offices I felt weren't thorough in the exam but were quick to give expensive treatment plans, here I completely understood before I agreed to anything. This place is awesome and great staff. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. I left my dentist to go to my wife's dentist at gentle dental because the last place made me feel uncomfortable and wanted to butcher the rest of my teeth and gave me no options to save my teeth. I was referred to Gentle Dental by my insurance advocate. The first consultation was quick and comfortable. Two weeks later I returned for my extraction, I arrived early and was seen immediately due to an earlier cancelation. Doctor Stephen did my extraction in record time both the doctor and his assistants were kind and explained everything. The office was clean and Covid precautions were being taken. Always so rude when I call and check in made me change locations. I just called now and the lady working reception was interrupting me, frantically talking and jumping to conclusions on what I was calling for before I could even finish a sentence, refused to look up my chart after only asking if she can so I can tell the new location what they asked for, she said they could look that up themselves? sounded irritated when she had to do her job, and was more concerned with getting the lady's name who couldn't look up my chart ... read more

Trust the bad reviews! I've never ever experienced the level of unprofessionalism like I did at this dentist office. And this is 100% the front desk and not the doctors on site. I helped my disabled father who has an infection and was set up for an emergency appointment fill out their online paperwork twice because their system wasn't receiving it.
