I wish yelp would have negative stars to chose from. I can see why this office has a 2 star rating. They should be out of business. Along with this I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company about retaining this office for coverage. I spent over $2000 at this office. I have to travel from out of state to make these appointments. I have told them that on several occasions. Yet they do not notate my profile. Absolutely the worst! Unprofessional!! I needed an emergency root canal and the person on the phone said.......... How do you know you need a root canal? I should have known better because my last visit there was a few years ago and I was moved to two different places and in the waiting area, they had coffee, water, jolly rancher candy, cookies and other treats . The teeth cleaning left me in tears!

Every time we visit this place it is the worst dental experience ever! Today my friends appointment was at 130 and when we arrived he was informed his insurance wasn't going to be accepted but when I inquired further another person came up and said that yes his insurance would be accepted. After my friend expressed that he only wanted a cleaning today they shared that a cleaning cant be done without the xrays. Worst dental practice EVER! After being a returning client and having multiple cleanings, I was turned away when I had a dental emergency. I was very disappointed in the way they treated me and will not be returning. My veterinary dentist provides better service than these people. You should be ashamed.

If I could give them 0 stars for there service I would . at the time of arrival I notified them of my braces. They called me back 30 minutes later to take one x-ray picture and tell me they couldn't do anything for me because my braces is on if that was the case when I walked in they should of informed me that I wouldn't be able to get my teeth cleaned. I had waisted my time !!!

Don't go here. They only care about money and will commit insurance fraud to get it. My claims weren't adding up so I called my insurance and yes they were ripping me off. They were over billing me in person and not claiming it to my insurance. Horrible service as well I wanted a cleaning of all my teeth so I made an appointment and the dentist only did half of my teeth and had me out of there in 30 minutes didn't floss or brush. Do NOT go here after Bianca ( front desk who should of became the manager since she is the only person who actually cares about the patients happiness) left the service has gone completely down hill ... I been getting a front tooth chip fixed for years they DID NOT match it correctly Dr Faye rushed my whole appointment when I wouldn't let her up sell me a veneer mind you every dentist has advised me it's not bad enough to cap yet since it's a small chip.she destroyed the shape of my smile . First of all, my family have been loyal members with them for the past 30+ years. Back then, they were like family and treated my family with the best dental care, and were on a first name basis. A few few years ago they joined the Gental Dental organization. From then on it turned into a "money making" business. Everytime I went in ,I needed over $3000.00 worth of work on my mouth. Scheduled my sons ortho appointment two months ahead of time. They called two weeks before my original appointment to reschedule. Walked into my appointment 15 minutes before my 10 am appointment, 40 minutes waiting to be seen then the front desk called my sons name and said I need to ask you a few questions turns out you didn't have insurance since May 2019.
