I hate going to the dentist. Mainly because I am a big baby. I literally had to go for a bad filling I had gotten 9 mos prior. I needed a root canal and a crown. First thing I thought of was $$$$$$$$.... Dr. Feldman was awesome! She got me with their endontist to get the root canal. Got me a permanent crown. I literally did not feel a thing! My daughter and I have had EVERY SERVICE available at Gentle Dental and have had OUTSTANDING experiences. This place treats us like gold. It's like being back at a private dentist. We have had wisdom teeth extraction, braces, crowns, cavities, gas, shots, bonding, and teeth whitening done here. ALL WONDERFUL experiences. Everyone nice, professional, concerned, and helpful. Dental hygienist, was a personable professional,. The office manager cares about the business and wanted my feedback on how to improve. I highly recommend for your dental needs

My visit w\ gentle dental was good ... I was always treated well service was quick and the front desk was exceptional...I'm just about done w/ my needs thank you for giving me a great smile... my visit on veterans day was good sorry you all had to work

They are simply amazing!!! I have been going to gentle dental for almost 4 years now and I couldn't be more pleased with their services! I take my 5 yo son with me every time and every time they are so accommodating to him! I can get a cleaning and exam all while they are entertaining him for me! Which is hard if you can relate as a parent! They always explain their process and I leave happy. Only con I would say, sometimes I feel like they try to sell me on braces to much lol!! Go today and ask for DR Kim!

NOT SO GENTLE DENTAL Bitchy, nasty woman, office manager? Made us wait, me in pain in wheelchair, as they do not allow gurney transport dentists legally can refuse patients. She went on that they were doing me a big favor seeing me last minute as they advertise. Regular dentist was off that day. The other staff was very nice and helpful, once past that gauntlet. My bad for failing to do proper research.

No stars. I had to give stars. The front desk has no idea what they are doing or how to treat customers who are in pain. Please train your staff on what insurance you accept. When someone is in pain and you tell them to get a referral, then an x ray then a deep cleaning. The customer did get all the paperwork and all the customer wanted was an email but your receptionist denied the customer. We don't need to repeat ourselves for 15 minutes just so someone can get an email confirming that the dentist needs to deep clean the... read more

I will never return to this place. While they are called Gentle Dental I feel like they were nothing but rude masking as kind and caring. I had not been to the dentist in a few years and the staff including the office manager made me feel absolutely awful about it continuously shaming me. I got talked into treatments I likely didn't need under the guise of it being helpful since I hadn't been to the dentist in some time.
