they suck at timeliness and they don't do their jobs. i have sat in then waiting room for hours and sat in the chairs for upwards of 30 minutes because they were decorating the office rather than working on my teet.

Whatever you do, don't make the same mistake as I did and go to these crooks for the last several years. They not only lie, leave you on hold for twenty minutes at a time, But they also overcharge Significantly. I had a root canal and a crown done a year and a half ago in 2023, For which they charge me $2000 for (I got quoted for 500 somewhere else afterwards - straight CROOKS). First time patient, and last time patient. I had an appointment, arrived on time, and was made to wait. It took a hour before they started cleaning my teeth. The dentist told me I needed 2 cavity fillings. They explicitly told me it would be $325 for 1 filling (without insurance) and $157 (with insurance). They told me my insurance only covered metal fillings and that they don't do metal fillings so therefore I have to pay the $157 for ONE filling. I can't give any reviews on this... Because I have not been cared for here. They have not been able to care for my demented husband very well...the request for a male dentist for him has been ignored. Anxiety has been extremely displayed because of the waiting time, Past the appointment time. 40 minutes past the time is like waiting all day to a person with dementia.

First time patient. I was excited about being able to book an appointment very quickly, I arrived on time, was not told to arrive early for my 8am appointment. I completed the seemingly 200 question survey when I arrived. Then I was made to wait for 40 minutes before finally being brought back. I opted out of x rays as I am a nursing mother. I walked into the room and they hadn't changed any of the equipment and this specifically was dirty. I'm assuming this was from a previous patient but it had blood on it!! That's so gross! Imagine they had used it on me and I hadn't noticed it was dirty.

not good , the Hydgentist made hole in my tooth on purpose when it was suppose to be a deep cleaning I am now going to make complaint , and I am on medi-cal only went in for deep cleaning and this woman had a bunch of wierd tools not look like she did any deep cleaning, now I have a hole going to the side of my bath tooth towards my gums! really not going here again and the dentist assistant bryan flirted with me too much and acted strange towards me later on dorm recommend this place they just want money here

My parents went to get some cavities filled and the front desk people tried to take advantage of them. They made them believe that WITH insurance, their work would cost 2k. The receptionist even commented that they had great insurance as they would've had to pay closer to 8k without it.
