Worst dentist. Don't go there. I posted a bad review and they said to call them. Tried for days and no one answered. Left messages and no one returned my call. Extremely rude.

DON'T GO HERE!! Worst experience. They will not provide good customer service and will charge you on amount they don't send to your insurance. Avoid yourself a headache and find better. They don't call you back on on disputes, you can never talk to a manager or supervisor.

I've never spent more money in my life at a dental place ever. I'm going to be stuck with them for a while because they are in my network.

Beware of Gentle Dental; they tend to tack on additional services, even if you decline, and won't proceed without your agreement to pay for them. I did not agree and left without my teeth cleaned even though X-rays were completed. My initial visit was highly unsatisfactory, and I regret not trusting my instincts when they assured me there would be no extra charges.

The staff is majorly rushed here. The dentist didn't wait until for the Novocain to kick in and instead added more cause she was pushed for time. One of the hygienist came in late to my appointment and didn't want to take the time to explain to me what a deep cleaning was and literally said, "the doctor said you need this and whatever." When I asked her to give more detail and if the doctor really said "whatever" she got very sassy and defensive with me. The dentists and technicians we've experienced there are great. The office billing person is our grievence. We've had a problem in the past with her about not wanting to accept our Insurance copayment saying that it was an optional procedure and they could charge more (it was just a cavity!). Today's disagreement was the price of a crown. She spoke fast and each time mentioning the price she quoted a different one. She also told us we don't have insurance, it's an HMO. My entire family and I have frequented this dentistry for a while now (multiple years) and haven't had a bad experience until recently. But clearly, things have changed since I came home from college. Firstly, the hygienist cleaning my teeth was not gentle in the slightest. I do have slightly sensitive gums, but I've never had an experience like this at the dentist before. The management is undeniably incompetent. I can only hope the technicians are better. If you go, plan your day accordingly- you may be called immediately, or you may wait an hour and then told that they Have to cut your check up short Because they'll be closing before the end of the service. Or, you'll wait 1.5 hours only to be told , "the parts they need haven't arrived ye t so could you please come back next week, or, hmm maybe two weeks later? Arrived a few minutes early for my new patient appointment. An hour and 45 minutes later, after Xrays and a quick look from the DDS, they told me I'd need reschedule for the cleaning because the hygienist wasn't there. Excuse me? Why bother confirming via email, plus a phone call, plus texts only to tell me 1:45 hrs into my appointment that they wouldn't be able to perform all the services scheduled?
